A horrifying incident has shaken the peaceful valleys of Himachal Pradesh… In Gopalpur, under Sarkaghat subdivision of Mandi district, 19-year-old college student Siya Guleria was on her way to college—just like any other day. Around 9:30 AM, as she walked towards the Gopalpur bus stop near Nain village, a motorcycle-borne assailant intercepted her. He then brutally slit her throat and repeatedly stabbed her in the neck and arm, causing her to collapse and die on the spot. The incident triggered panic across the area, with fear and anger spreading rapidly among locals. The accused attempted to flee but was later caught by villagers while hiding in wheat fields. Police have reached the spot and launched an investigation… but a young life, full of dreams, is lost forever. Himachal Pradesh, known as Devbhoomi for its peace and values, is being stained by such horrific acts. Those responsible must face the strictest punishment—this cannot become the new normal.

What has even happened to law and order of the state, if it would have been Any other state we would have seen encounter of such devils in 24 hrs, but in Himachal we know nothing will happen.
