Mainoo and Casemiro have started 10 games together this season.
They won 7; drew 2; lost 1.
2 of those wins were against the only two teams that have managed to stay above us in the league, since Casemiro and Mainoo became our starting midfield base.
If that combo “doesn’t work,” then I can’t imagine how bad every other midfield in the league is— seeing as they’ve all gotten worse results than Cas and Kobbie.

Like this is why I pushed so hard for him to get played his rookie season, if he ends up being bad (and he has been so far) then we need to know that as soon as possible. And it’s the same reason I’ll keep advocating for Joan to play (g-league)

@TheBoyDylan54 @Wolvesmuse Naw was kinda overrated here. He’s definitely doing insane now but here he was an elite energy raiser and pretty good shooter and a good defender. Dosunmu is that but his the way he raises the pace in the whole team + his playmaking and scoring, it puts him ahead of naw
