Learn to Focus! Movement is improved by learning the anatomical patterns. How? Teach flexion and extension, especially when dealing with contacting a ball. Why it matters? To control the ball you must control your body.

There’s a lot of negativity in the teaching profession. However, I'm happy to teach Spanish 🇵🇷 at Crispus Attucks and coach tennis 🎾 at Shortridge. I love helping students learn and grow. It's great to see them succeed. There are many of positive aspects. @IPSAthletics @ips
