2024 is going to be a turning point for AI ethics & legalities. NYT takes on OpenAI, alleging ChatGPT's copyright infringement. Even if OpenAI compensates, it's a wake-up call for smaller businesses to research the legal side of AI apps before their implementation thoroughly.
