@puppy_st4rves I weigh it out actually and a decent amount of butter is like 40 calories so I feel like if you used a teaspoon or two (or weighed it out to be more accurate, 10g of pure oil is 90 cals and pesto is not 100% oil so it’s less)..idk I think it wouldn’t be too calorie dense

@flimsilily Hmm good question..I’d say if you eat it raw it’s 0 cal but scrambled eggs would have the original calories minus the oil you cook it in..because the fat itself in the yolk is solid
Or if you make a sunny side up then only the egg white counts maybe?
