@snapchatsupport @SnapLensStudio its been over a month now and I have not heard back from the snapchat support team regarding my lenses taken down for violating unclear terms. What is going on!!!!!!

@snapchatsupport I sent an email to your official lens support team which fell on def ears. My son (12)is learning 3D modeling to become a creator and it seems there is no real support from Snapchat. You are breaking his heart by not responding or at least giving clear direction

@SnapLensStudio Looping you into this. Both lenses removed with any clear explanation. Sent emails to support without a response. Please tell me this is not the extent of your community support. My son is 12 and he worked very hard on these lenses

@snapchatsupport You keep removing my lenses for violating your terms. But I cannot see the problem. Can you please help??? I already reached out to support with no reply. Me and my son worked hard on these only to be rejected without any explanation.
