@goshebang I am a season ticket holder over 30 years. Trying to be zen about it. Been almost impossible to get a season ticket for a few years so I understand it. My beef is with UEFA. Too small a stadium and too many neutral fans.

Absolutely horrific ticket management when there’s season ticket holders I know who’ve had an ST for 18-20 years and all European home games for 3 seasons doesn’t get a ticket but some ‘member’ who signed up last season to access CL tickets gets a ticket. Absolute bollocks #avfc

this STH vs members argument is so unbelievably boring time and time again. your season ticket is for games in the PREMIER LEAGUE. if a member went to more EUROPA LEAGUE games than you, that is why they’re eligible for tickets to a EUROPEAN fixture. it’s not rocket science 🤣

@MilanRnic1 @McGregor1874 Have not had a season ticket for years and had to shift to member. I can tell you it is far less advantageous. This is a special case re a euro final and puny ground. The other way we would also have those who have been to a dozen euro games and spent thousands and can’t go.

@McGregor1874 Sorry mate. You’re squarely in that portion of people this could have affected the most. Imagine there are hundreds at least. But the venue is tiny and you have to cut the criteria somehow. They obvs prioritised attendance at euro matches but I can well imagine it feels crap.

@forestmad80 It’s your club so I’m just a curious outsider. Generally a lot of fan accountability targets managers and I think generally owners get too much leeway. Some more than others and that includes Mr M from what I have seen. You seem to be happy with the incumbent now in any case.

He said: “The Labour Party has a process for challenging a leader and that has not been triggered.” He might have added “I’m looking at you Wes.” For Streeting this is a bit of a nightmare. If he does challenge Starmer he may lose and wreck his political career. And if he doesn’t challenge Starmer in a formal contest, he may alienate his supporters, who have stuck their heads above the parapet at great potential cost to their political futures, and that may fatally damage his leadership prospects forever. It’s Streeting’s moment in history. How will he shape it?

In disbelief the Spurs Leeds game got 15 minutes injury time. What could even vaguely justify that? Kinsky with two incredible saves. Happy for him to have moments like that after the Atletico nightmare. If West Ham can get a result at Newcastle they have a real chance.
