@rnkonno @stealiceross 3/ Often cerebral palsy affected muscle has longer sarcomere lengths than typical muscle. We find that the effects from the longer sarcomeres are mitigated by increased volume fractions of extracellular matrix

6/ What's next for Steph? A postdoc at UBC, and fifth paper in review! Watch out for her work on the effects of muscle mass on the metabolic cost and efficiency of contraction, and how these relationships are impacted by tendon stiffness. We are so proud of her phenomenal work.
