Great news: HP CMSL 1.8.2 is released to the PS Gallery !!! a new dock module includes commands to query and update dock firmware. Check it out. Will showcase at MMSMOA #HP#HPCMSL#MMSMOA
@manelrodero Good Q: HPIA does not support ALL docks for firmware updates and that could cause confusing (IMHO), so i left it out. Note that you can always add Softpaqs to the repository manually and HPIA will act on those like for any other component
As someone who chose the cause of free speech over cushy acting jobs and lots of cash, I am pleased to see free expression named as the pivot between civilisational prosperity and the end of everything we hold dear.
Well, it is happening... HP CMSL v1.8.0 released to the PS Gallery with a whole new Displays module. Check it out. Get info, set settings, update f/w... many (but NOT ALL) displays supported... Full list to publish in days #HPCMSL#HPDisplays
If you use and like our PowerShell Script Library, stay tuned for major enhancement coming in November #PCMSL#PowerShell ... Also, what new features would you like to see to help IT manage HP devices?
More Good News: Hp CMSL 1.7.2 is also released with support for Windows 11/24H2 and ARM64. Also, new Invoke-HPNotificationFromXml command (really cool), removes support for MD5 hash checking for downloads, and much more #HPCMSL#CMSL#SCCM#Intune#HP
We have just a few spots left in our Small/Medium business lunch/workshop at #MMSMOA next Tuesday. There will be a raffle for a set of Poly Voyager 60 earbuds. DM if interested in attending.
HP is having an SMB workshop at #mmsmoa on Tuesday May 7th. Lunch will be provided. If you have less than 500 endpoints and will be at MMS or are in the MSP metro area, we would love to have you join our product leaders to chat about your experiences. DM for details.
@SwiftOnSecurity The car sales tactic has long been to focus on the monthly payment, not the total cost. It appears that the tactic has now changed how people view the cost of cars…sadly. Unless the person asking was a car salesman! 😬
One of the most interesting things to happen to me recently is I was asked how expensive my car is in a parking lot. They asked the monthly payment, not the MSRP.
HP is hosting an in person workshop at #MMSMOA for customers with less than 500 endpoints, to better understand the challenges of smaller organizations. Let me know if you would like to participate. You don’t have to be an HP customer to attend.
I’m excited about my new role with @HP on the IT Experience Product Management team. If you have opinions or ideas on how we can make the Endpoint experience better for you, I want to hear from you.
