One of the best things we do this year was keeping the same practice script throughout the entire year. There were a few minor changes we made but we repped the same plays constantly. We got really good at running our stuff and didn’t add much.

@WingOffNetwork It’ll be like anything…more people will try it, get annoyed with the constraints, and then add things and lose the attention to detail that makes it great. At that point it either morphs into something completely else or “it doesn’t work” and they move to something else.

Not a wing-t coach but, How do you think it feels like being a flexbone coach. People say option is an expensive play. Every play is expensive in time. It’s about attaining mastery by the athletes by getting thousands of reps over 4 years. Have you repped it against every front every day? Do kids understand the concept instead of running plays? I think people criticize what they don’t understand.

I have done a pretty good study on Navy's Offense in 2025. It definitely has Wing-T roots. Coach Cronic is doing some good things for the midshipmen. He should definitely consider running a clinic or publishing something about their offense,
