@sandileswana Actually minimum wage bills kills off entrepreneurship, if have high unemployment rate, you have to stay far away from minimum wage bills. Let the workers and entrepreneurs negotiate the wages rather than being enforced by the state.

Any business that is working well and profitable must be assisted by the state to continue. As an example if you want the business to employ South Africans at R6000 per month and replace a R3000 per month Zimbabwean , then the state must pay the R3000 needed to employ the South African. Help all entrepreneurs to be stronger and to expand where prudent and necessary. But philosophically we must accept that we cannot ignore the fact that we are seriously short of entrepreneurs. The ones who want jobs in other people's businesses must be understood and assisted in a manner that does not kill existing busineses. Entrepreneurs are already in business, the idea that you become an entrepreneur by chasing off an existing entrepreneur and take over is mostly a recipe for failure. Most entrepreneurs including local black entrepreneurs are in business already, they need more support not the grabbers. Even Communist China had to recognise the necessity of entrepreneurship. Workers wait for jobs and never face the many bankruptcies entrepreneurs go through. I must add that our government is not on point when it comes to aggressively building black entrepreneurs. That is something that must be part of the national discourse.

@diamond_lawman @BeeMashele So the other guys came and called themselves afrikaners(african), and then, the people they found there are called South Africans. Just like Americans and African Americans, today some people ate fighting Africkans rather than the people who stole their identity.
