Meet Stephanie J. Eder, team #SHSC! 🌟 Stephanie @PepiEder is a PhD student in the Zimmer Lab at the University of Vienna, Austria. She contributed to the content of our Vienna brochure, helping attendees navigate and enjoy the city during the FENS Forum 2024.

New manuscript alert! Writing in @Nature, the Burga Lab (@arburga) describe a genomic silencing mechanism which represses a selfish genetic element in the eggs of the nematode C.tropicalis only when it is paternally inherited. Their findings reveal the potential evolutionary origin of genomic imprinting. oeaw.ac.at/imba/research-…
