Abdulsamad@richtosho
After connection, information is golden and that’s why i created a group for African founders, entrepreneurs and business owners Industry does not matter, as long as you are building and ready to scale Collab, invest or just share ideas Comment “involve” to be added

Best decision I made earlier last year. Reduced my production cost to the bare minimum.
Meanwhile, to manage your VPS, Check out @StackshiftCloud on Afrolaunch 🌍 afrolaunch.com/startups/stack…

@_fusionTech This is where a lot of technical founders get stuck.
Building the product and building the business are two very different jobs.
The sooner both sides have ownership, the faster things usually move.
English

I’m building StackShift as a technical founder, and one thing is becoming very clear:
I need someone business/operator-minded around this.
Not someone to “manage” the product from a distance, but someone who can help own the parts I’m not strongest at: partnerships, sales, customer follow-up, grants, investor/programme applications, pricing, positioning, and growth.
StackShift is already live, has users, has processed payments, and is expanding.
I want to spend more of my energy building the product and serving technical users.
If you understand SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, agencies, or B2B growth, and you’re interested in working closely with a technical founder on something early but real, I’d love to talk.

@jjalan Thank you for this insight, I’ll definitely try this.

Few quick things you can try now while this person comes on board -
1. Allocate an hour everyday
2. Map your customer profile on Linkedin, and automate outreach to connect to them using tools like Dripify, Aimfox etc.
3. Write content on newsletter, linkedin, x to nurture for few weeks, and then outreach.
4. Identify and engage relevant threads on newsletter, linkedin, x, reddit, substack - try to be helpful, not salesy.
Hope it might help.
PS: I am an ex-Microsoft engineer, do run a small team where we work with software founders to help grow - btrgrowth.com

@mycomputerspot True that, shipping is the easiest part on this.
English

@_fusionTech That second person matters more than people want to admit. Shipping is only one job.
English

@i_mika_el I know the marketing part of the business is not my strong suit, I’ve tried a lot on this and I am not yielding results.
English

@_fusionTech if StackShift already has users and payments, this is a much clearer operator ask. what part is blocking growth right now?
English

@0xDaniiel And don’t forget to get it on stackshift.cloud/compute
