Irene Lima & Chad Kabecz Couple that sold over 90 videos of crush content on Telegram. Charged $5 for baby mice, $180 for three-kitten families. Killed more than 60 cats and kittens, seven birds, six rabbits, six hamsters, three goldfish, a frog and an axolotl.

Li X Cheng Abused and killed a cat then posted a graphic photo on WeChat. Got exposed by one of his contacts, then got reported by volunteers. He was promptly arrested on Jan 27th and detained for 7 days. Not long after being released he was hit by a car and broke his right leg.

Yao Yuan 姚远 Former lawyer who tortured and killed over 4,000 cats by setting them on fire, skinning them alive, cutting off their limbs, and force feeding them their own flesh. An activist exposed Yao Yuan and was then physically assaulted by Yao Yuan’s dad.

Li Jingrui 李京锐 Cruelly abuses cats. Lays traps for the neighborhood strays where he lives. Since strays are not considered property, police will not punish him. LOCATION: Unknown STATUS: Active

Wang Yuebing 王月饼 Locked a cat in a cage and used a blowtorch on it for over four minutes, recording and uploading the video online. Authorities later released him after he submitted an apology letter, which volunteers described as disingenuous.

He Gaoyi 何高艺 Adopted and killed multiple cats. Two cats were found dead at his rented residence, while several others remain unaccounted for. He defrauds cat adopters through online platforms. After being asked to return the cats he adopted, he refused.

Yang Chen Tortured and killed 5 cats. Police refused to act. He was confronted by volunteers and claimed the cats were lost or stolen then later admitted to torturing the cats. Volunteers got him to write a statement that says he’s remorseful and would not torture cats again

Huo Bo/霍博 Smashed a kitten’s head in public. Life was ruined shortly after. Company he owned was shut down, resorted to menial work to make ends meet. Mistakenly assumed to be core Telegram torturer Qingtian/Sunny. Qingtian remains at large.
