Adventure time. On Saturday I head to the Source of a little river you may have heard of called the River Thames. I'll be hiking from it's source til it's deep enough then Stand Up Paddle Boarding through the forests and London herself to it's mouth some 346kms later. #travel

Three quarters through an 10 hour kayak day heading towards Manaus I take a pause for 15 minutes at 3:15pm like we did everyday to tuck into some beef jerky and refuel for another 2.5 hours of kayaking. #Photo from expedition to #kayak the length of the Amazon river. #travel

Nothing like this. After a long day battling a storm and having search and rescue looking for @tankmccormick during our SUP Sweden trip. We're taken in by this family who helped us rest & recover and pig out over a BBQ. Simply Amazing humans... #humans #adventure #travel #Sweden
