@ohsoblesssed1 @KevonLooneyMuse He is small, but he makes up for it in the way he impacts the game. Houston guards all seem to have that label, Sasser, Shead and now Cryer, but they all find a way with the way they approach the game

@ohsoblesssed1 @KevonLooneyMuse I also really like Mara! An instant impact type of player wherever he ends up. For being 7’3 he moves very well and has great defensive IQ, he also brings an ability to space the floor. He’s a really smart player that understands how to use his size and length down low

@benjohoops @KevonLooneyMuse What are you thoughts on Mara? I like him, but is he another Post? I saw that he does play more like a traditional big in the paint.

@ohsoblesssed1 @KevonLooneyMuse I am a huge fan of Cryer, I think he can be a great spark plug for us off the bench and act as an on ball defender. He brings that Houston Cougars play style. It just isn’t him time YET

@ohsoblesssed1 @KevonLooneyMuse I wouldn’t call our other guards mid, just not the #2 option we need. Podz is definitely a really solid guard option off our bench and as a POA defender. Cryer and Richard are probably a few years away but definitely have shown flashes of being pieces that would benefit the team!
