3. I'm drawing each frame, but reusing same parts sometimes (tweening partially) helps speed it up at small quality cost 4. Drawing right on top of sketch (instead of doing lineart first) and highlighting with black is a big boost, but you need skill to catch the shape exactly

Hmmm... I'm working on animation, while its not too popular, I suppose I'm pretty quick at it. So, my tricks: 1. 3D model for background instead of drawing them each time helped immensely 2. The idea is to spend real effort on important/noticable parts and halfass the rest 3.
