10 skills to turn Claude Code into a marketing team that sells 1) I start with my positioning-angle skill to find a unique value proposition 2) I use lead-magnet to research mechanisms to generate emails 3) direct-response-copy to write powerful hooks and copy that persuades/influences 4) email-sequences to create powerful drip campaigns 5) keyword-research to find seo/geo topics to drive traffic 6) seo-content to create high quality articles that rank and drive organic visits 7) newsletter-skill to create ongoing communication with prospects and customers 8) content-atomizer to repurpose newsletters and articles into video scripts, social posts 9) brand-voice to codify my writing style for future assets/websites/landing pages 10) an orchestrator agent to guide me if I need help to polish it off, I design my page with the front-end design skill from anthropic I've done the research, testing, and fed it tons of examples of "what good looks like" here's a live example thevibemarketer.com/skills *yes you can get these here if you want them, my skills wrote the copy, found the angle, etc.! a few extra conversions from better copy alone and it pays for itself

i'm going to take on one pilot customer for a new managed ai "go to market" service yes AI, agents, and automation is deeply involved, and myself/team are the humans in the loop who will turn the dials and interface with your team ideal fit is a b2b company (software or service) that is doing at least $2m/year, you want to leverage ai for marketing and you know you could be moving faster at a higher quality hit me with a dm if this sounds interesting and I can share more details

this free resource will help you build world class Skill files for your agents...I'm giving it away, all I ask is you share the love so the max amount of people benefit - it uses an iterative/recursive process to self improve - it includes an example of what a great skill looks like you still need to use your expertise/judgement as the baseline for the best results, but it will do a better job than Anthropic's skill creator skill use it, enjoy it, share it gist.github.com/boringmarketer…

I learned something important over the past two weeks. In the past I’ve hired other people to help me shape a product idea or instinct I’ve had. It was always super hard to translate my vision on a very ambitious outcome, what the shape should be, what great looks like, etc. especially when it’s so core to my DNA. Almost an impossible task for someone else to execute. The best working model I’ve found now is that I need to shape the product directly, go through the entire process of building V1 on my own, then let engineers who move at my speed and use the tools I use work on hardening the system and optimizing the architecture. Get closer to the problem and the solution. It’s the hard work that leads to better clarity better separation of roles better product and things move so much faster. It’s something I think I’ve known in my gut but had to do the work to really see it.
