President Trump appointed Jerome Powell and Kevin Warsh. Powell was a terrible Fed chair who was terribly late in identifying just how sticky inflation would be. He relied on outdated data to make policy decisions. You better believe President Trump won't make the same mistake twice. What I heard throughout this first presser was a different, more modernized approach to how the Fed will approach policy. Also, no forward guidance while simply allowing the market to be the market and price itself on its own is bullish. For too many years, the market has relied way too much on what one man says during a press conference. That's never healthy. Although most cannot see it yet because they are focused on “the dot plot,” everything I just heard from Kevin Warsh is macro bullish.

Countries need to tokenize their stocks, allowing worldwide buyers. (RWA) Countries need to issue their own stablecoin(s), to expand their currency's usage on the blockchain.

🚨HUGE: The FED will never be the same and Kevin Warsh is changing EVERYTHING. And while there are plenty of hawkish reads you can browse on here, here is a different take for you... Warsh appears to be laying the groundwork for a Federal Reserve built for an AI-driven economy using new analytic methods, new data sources, and potentially an entirely new way of thinking about inflation itself. Today, Warsh said it flat out: "inflation is a choice." And inflation is "primarily determined by monetary policy." He's claiming total ownership of inflation, and in the same breath rebuilding the tools used to measure and fight it. Of course, the market is staring at the headline, "no cuts", or "dot plot leaning toward a hike", and calling it hawkish. In the meeting he even jokingly referenced that the members were using pencils with erasers when drawing their dots...meaning, they very well might change their mind soon. This is all surface level. And it'll take days if not weeks for them to catch up to what Warsh was trying to tell everyone today. Regardless, Warsh discussed both things I thought he would today. AI PRODUCTIVITY... Warsh called AI "the latest generation of general-purpose technology" and "perhaps as important change in the economy and business and households that we've had in my adult lifetime." Then the line that matters: "over the long term, my conviction...the United States is a winner as we go down this." That's not a man worried about an overheating economy. That's a man who believes a generational productivity wave is going to do the disinflating FOR him and he is about to build the Fed around that thought! INFLATION MEASURE... The data task force wants "methodological changes to improve data gathering" data that's "more accurate, relevant, contemporaneous, and perhaps most important, actionable." Translation: the Fed's been flying on old, stale measurement, and he said it out loud. And the inflation framework. he says, "examine the drivers of inflation, first principles" and "how do we measure inflation." He's referencing trimmed mean measure without saying that's what he'll do. So here we are...AI productivity does the disinflating. New data catches it in real time and the entire FED framework is built around it.
