Delhi Racism Case: Harsh & Rubi Singh threatened to physically assault three girls from Arunachal Pradesh after racially abusing them. They demeaned people from the Northeast for creating chaos in Delhi, saying they engage in alcohol and drug abuse. Harsh & Rubi are carefree because they belong to the family of a Central Government Officer. Hence, no one can take any action against them. This is their arrogance.
