Ndugu Kaluma and ODM Linda Tumbo are now crying a river. The time they needed to be clever was long time ago. When some of us were advising them to be careful dealing with Ruto, they said we had red stomach because for the first time since independence, Luos have found a President that gave them ministries! They conveniently forgot that Luos have always been in all Kenyan governments since independence. In fact Uhuru had more Luos in government than the UDA government. Wakina Kaluma then went on to make ODM an appendage of UDA. Now, they must accept kupangwa vile owner of UDA wants kupanga them. And according to Ruto’s plan, ODM will have less than 4 MPs post 2027. The guy buried Raila, is currently dismantling Raila’s business associates and will burry Raila’s party by 2027.

The conduct of Shanta Gold in relation to the communities of Gem Ramula, Bar Karale, and Uranga is deeply troubling and must be unequivocally condemned.
Any attempt to displace residents in pursuit of open-pit mining, without strict adherence to constitutional safeguards, constitutes a blatant affront to the rule of law. Article 40 of the Constitution of Kenya (2010) protects the right to property and prohibits arbitrary deprivation, while Article 63 vests community land in the people and safeguards customary tenure and ancestral heritage. Economic enterprise cannot be pursued at the expense of constitutional rights.
