@ThrillaRilla369 Fell off a ladder and dislocated my shoulder, dislocated my elbow, broke the radial head of the elbow joint, snapped my wrist, and 2 bones in my hand. Next time I fall, I will tuck my arms in instead of putting my hands out to try and prevent impact.
