USDT on Tron is the go-to stablecoin for African crypto-natives. BUSD on BSC takes second place. Today, stablecoins on Optimism/Arbitrum have similar/better - transfer costs - crypto<->fiat liquidity The problem is that most folk outside of CT have never heard about Optimism/Arbitrum 🤷‍♂️ Ethereum L2s need better marketing and BD in Africa More grants and support for African crypto startups, events, influencer marketing .etc
