JEE Advanced 2026 candidate/result infrastructure (cdata.jeeadv.ac.in/result2026/) had a public cloud storage misconfiguration exposing bulk candidate data without auth. This exposed ~179.6k result records and ~187.3k admit-card PDFs, including candidate names, DOBs and mobile numbers.

@ohyeah_xdd @ItsAditya_xyz @DarthKermi72747 What if they get in legal trouble, it's not like they leave any traces behind, use tor etc so government agencies can't do shit also he lives in another country so government can do nothing even if he makes all this data public.

@ItsAditya_xyz @DarthKermi72747 These kids are a little too excited, thinking it's all fun n games. But don't realize that, they are playing with fire. It is absolutely not legal to disclose such stuff. CERT is not taking action, so it's good, else they gonna get so much trouble.

@DarthKermi72747 Why do you guys report to agencies instead of making all data everything public or selling them to buyers? could fetch a great amount of money especially in this case.

@ItsAditya_xyz @DarthKermi72747 No legal trouble for a hacker like him, they don't leave any traces as they use tor etc so government agencies can't do anything, they could publish the data also if they want, noone can do anything. Also he doesn't live in India, so no legal trouble.

@DarthKermi72747 This is not right bro, report to CERT in and don't publish anything until they fixed things. You could end up in legal trouble.
