Let’s say the rent of a cafe is Rs3L and the average price of black coffee is Rs300. You need to sell 1,000 per month or around 30/day just to pay the rent. Have I got the math right? And people say it takes 1-2 years to recover your initial capital. This is a business opportunity to the 100-150+ cafes in Bandra? No, I’ve got something wrong here.

Those Gujaratis bursting in to Garba at public spaces, creating nuisance, assuming it as entitlement (“we’ve paid”) & fake ‘cultural’ assertion (“we’re the best”) makes me feel ashamed as a Gujarati (apart from permanent shame inflicted by the duo)
