Haven't had much time to work on a completely new project for the @colosseum hackathon, so I upgraded dapp.build with new features and submitted that instead. The main addition is a staking program built around automatic and fair distribution to stakers of a project's token, providing real-world value to holders. For example, fees from buying and selling on our launchpad will automatically be redistributed to stakers whenever transactions take place. Users can claim their rewards at any time too. Am also working on an adaptable version where projects can incentivise our stakers by committing to distribute a percentage of their tokens periodically as yield. For example, a project launching on our platform could allocate X% of their token supply to be distributed periodically to our stakers - giving them ongoing rewards and the project access to an engaged community from day one. This provides lots of opportunities and collaboration across projects, even those that don't launch on our launchpad - stakers are incentivised to support partner projects, and vice versa - everyone benefits. What's next after this? An in-house AMM where fees are also distributed to creators and stakers automatically. Building out a full ecosystem where value flows back to the community at every level. My vision for the future: a trustworthy launch mechanism with built-in real-world value and utility that other project creators can tap into as well, creating an integrated ecosystem between builders and users where projects delivering real value are rewarded.
