Telegram обновил функцию прокси, интегрировав в последнем обновлении полноценный VPN Новая модель позволяет пользователям в России заходить в мессенджер без стороннего VPN. Обновление уже протестировано подписчиками «Соты», использующими телефоны на Android. Пока опция работает только у Premium-подписчиков. В свежей версии приложение самостоятельно меняет определяемую страну используемого устройства на одну из разрешённых — например, Германию. Важный нюанс: запускать стандартный VPN параллельно не стоит — из-за конфликта туннелей Telegram просто перестанет подключаться.

Но за комментарии на YouTube или в твиттере - нет. Всё потому, что у российской полиции нет прямого доступа к данным пользователей зарубежных сервисов.
