i did a bullet pointed translation of the article 9 members of #THEBOYZ #더보이즈 have terminated their contracts with One Hundred - Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, Q, Sunwoo, Eric have terminated their contracts except New - all 10 members sent a letter to the cha gawon (CGW) last february notifying that they will terminate their exclusive contract with the reason of breach of contract and breakdown of trust. - they tried to reach an agreement for a month but eventually negotiations fell through - the boyz asked for a record of the contract and settlement documents but CGW couldn't provide it nor an explanation as to why. During their negotiations, CGW was said to say something in the tone of the members have to pay a penalty for terminating their contract. - the boyz carried on with their schedule for the whole month to keep their promises to fans then eventually decided to terminate the contract. - new decided to stay, his reason for is personal and will not be disclosed. - cgw is trying to dispute the contract but the grounds for the terminatjon are undisputable. - 100 also owes the boyz billions in settlement since the 3rd quarter of last year - they have also confirmed that cgw pulled out the deposit (150M krw) from the boyz's dorms. - for their concert on April 24th-26th, the members are renting a practice room with their own money, and may have to pay a lot of staff our of their own pockets. - all companies under cgw (bpm, inb100) have transportation support cut off, resulting to the artist using their own cars to go to schedules. the basic support supposedly provided by a company to their artist are also cut off. - they tried to reach out to 100 for confirmation but did not receive a response
