@nick45784821 @ThunnnDada @CornerSpurs Totally agree with that. In a way the OKC win did feel like a championship and that was immature. Really though NY was going to be easy. I think this Finals loss will be fuel for them boys to improve and dominate next season.

@devindixen @ThunnnDada @CornerSpurs The whole town was in a stupor for the next couple of months after losing that title. This loss will pass and the team will become stronger for it. The 2014 team did. Whether this year or next year, this current team will be better.

@Anthonysmdoyle I know one thing for sure. Jordan/LeBron fans are going to be cooking Wemby & his fans/stans for the rest of his career. The ONLY way he redeems himself is if he comes back in this series (not happening), or he wins 5-7 Chips. That's IF he can stay healthy for a decade.

I 100% think Wemby will be in more Finals. This won't end up defining his career. Some of the other Spurs involved, I won't say the same.

@JoshEberley I'm only watching the Spurs in the playoffs but I love the physicality the refs allow during all the series so far. Portland Wolves OKC and Knicks all play a tough brand of defense.

Point has been made several times by voices louder than mine but I’ve sat through 20 years of people adamantly screaming that they missed physicality in NBA hoops, that the game was too soft, etc. Now we got a bunch of teams playing physical and everyone is still complaining.

@10nomad22 @legendofchoke We did saw the Kornet Wemby lineup during the season even though it's not a lot, but the lineup sucks. If you put Wemby defensively on the perimeter, he can't go around screens and you remove his rim protection. Kornet definitely can't play on the perimeter. Offensively it's fine

Luke Kornet was trying to grab the ball after the made basket, while Hart was trying to hold it up to prevent the Spurs from inbounding quickly and pushing the tempo. The Knicks have been doing this all series.

I get it. And I would have certainly been tempted to play him more down the stretch. But he was a minus-17 in the second half. It wasn't as slam dunk of a choice as some are making it out to be.

Here's the thing spurs fans don't realize. We have 4 guys who are playing like all-stars in the playoffs. We got Nikola Anthony Towns, baby durant, baby kawhi, and jalen mf brunson. And this team has shooters and plays great defense.

It's simple. If the Spurs put Wemby on KAT, the Knicks will move the ball, as they have been, and Brunson and others will score easily in the paint. If the Spurs keep Wemby in the paint, then KAT will go off.

@CoachGilpin I found out that pulling someone down in the air during a layup attempt is okay. Atleast now I can go around doing that knowing it's totally safe.

I hope athletes took notice of this in last nights game…I know us coaches that constantly stress not getting a penalty or get ejected…we noticed!!! He saw his teammate was upset and reacted to keep him in the game and not allow him to do anything to hurt the team!!!
