@devlinnn10 Thanks Antony. Yes, cold turkey with 3-monthly calpro tests and blood tests. #IBD team happy to support decision so long as I don't shilly-shally if I get symptoms. Mediterranean diet mainly, swimming and stress control - in theory at least! 😁

#Infliximab has been a wonder drug for my #IBD but after 11 years on it, over 9 of those in remission, I've decided to hang up my mab boots... for now at least.
Will my drug-free gut spectacularly unravel? I have no idea. But it is my absolute and avowed intention to stay well.

Ultimately we all want to coexist peacefully with it - until such time that cures are a real possibility.
