Our mission is to help people see without distortion. The Six Blind Men and the Elephant illustrates the mission. We are all blind men feeling our way toward something so big we cannot imagine. We need each other to see rightly, or we will get trampled on and/or miss the magnificence. It is about what it means to be human.

Maya Johnson, a U.S. Army soldier deployed to Iraq (2019–2021), was nicknamed “Church Girl” for praying before every mission despite being mocked by teammates. She remained consistent in her faith, and during the time she joined convoy missions, her team avoided bomb attacks. When she was removed, the unit began getting hit, but after she returned, the attacks stopped again. After a close call where she drove over a bomb that didn’t explode, she became even more bold in her faith. By the end of the deployment, all 300 soldiers in her unit returned home safely. Her message: don’t stop praying, even when people mock you; you never know whose life it may impact.

On any given day of my childhood, you might have found me perched somewhere with a book. My childhood friends were often found in the pages. Their adventures, their hopes and dreams took me to other worlds, inspired me, and became a part of me. And that's what books do, they become a part of who you are. This is why you should ignore anyone who tells you that it doesn't matter what kids read. It does matter. Ensuring that your children are exposed to beautiful stories, music, and art is one of the greatest gifts you can give them. (Vintage illustration by Honor Appleton (1879-1951)

“Feminism is just about choice” “feminism is good for women” Also feminism: In The Second Sex (1949), de Beauvoir wrote: “No woman should be authorized to stay at home… Women should not be allowed to have that choice, precisely because if there is such a choice, too many women will make it.” The mother of modern feminism believed women had to be denied freedom, because freedom would make them choose traditional roles. Firestone: In The Dialectic of Sex (1970), Firestone wrote: “The end goal of feminist revolution must be… not just the elimination of male privilege but of the sex distinction itself: genital differences between human beings would no longer matter culturally… The tyranny of the biological family would be broken.” The goal was never equality, it was the destruction of sex-based reality. Betty Friedan: “women who 'adjust' as housewives, who grow up wanting to be 'just a housewife,' are in as much danger as the millions who walked to their own death in the concentration camps...they ate suffering a slow death of mind and spirit.” Kate Millett: Sexual Politics (1970) argued: “The chief institution of patriarchy is the family. The family unit must go…” Gloria Steinem: “We Became the Men We Wanted to Marry” Steinem’s vision of feminism wasn’t about honoring womanhood, but replacing it, with a female iteration of male ambition. Friedrich Engels: In The Origin of the Family, Private Property and the State, Engels (Marx’s collaborator) wrote: “The modern individual family is founded on the open or concealed domestic slavery of the wife.”To destroy capitalism, you had to destroy the traditional family. That’s why early socialist movements embraced feminism, not to liberate women, but to dissolve the structure that made civilization sustainable.

Who makes better parents? Left-wingers or right-wingers? Right-wingers, says Jonathan Haidt, #1 NYT bestseller and one of the most cited living social psychologists. “Right-wingers make better parents than left-wingers, and there’s a lot of data on this.”

Communists are professional protesters before they seize power. After that, all protests are banned. The same pattern can be seen in all totalitarian regimes, including Iran.

I feel so disgusted with the generational vibe that told us that having kids wasn’t a priority and that being a mom was kind of a lesser path. Dealing right now with someone close to me who completely missed the life she should have had, which would have made her very happy— as a mom of a bunch of kids. She believed the social justice messages and made other choices. Materialistic superficial choices btw. She’s traveled extensively and has fancy appliances and a nice (huge, empty) house — and a bunch of social justice bona fides. She was misled. This isn’t someone who was always a bit salty and never wanted kids. She wanted them, but it seemed lame and selfish and not as important as her SJW pursuits. (Which amounted to what? Nothing. The whole thing was a vibe.) I have the same life advice.
Kristin M. Collier, MD@HSRdirector

this advice from @MattHennessey in @WSJFreeEx mirrors the advice I receive from my older patients. I routinely ask my older patients for life advice and repeatedly they tell me “have as many children as you can”

@dmindfoundation @zarathustra5150 Sure, as right wingers tell their children that it's perfectly acceptable for the president to send out racist videos, celebrate other peoples' deaths, threaten to end civilization, and hang with and protect pedophiles I'm sure "right and wrong" come into clear focus.

@braverangels all left and right conversations .. has been like a fiction book club… Because we’ve all been systematically mass manipulated. American values, beliefs and moral perspectives have been “nudged” into a dysfunctional place using lies . But we still have our sanity 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 and our Constitution. We still have some time. But don’t waste time analyzing it now… there will be books written… for now just see it the deception. And move towards the light.
Rep. Harriet Hageman@RepHageman

The SPLC created the problem, funded the hate, and then asked you for money to fight it. That is not activism, it’s fraud.

@dmindfoundation @zarathustra5150 Just because you are left wing dosnt mean anything goes. I gave my boys a strong sense of right and wrong in every aspect of their lives. They all have turned out hard working good lads. And I would say politically I am on the left.

@Strandjunker We grasp what you are saying but simply disagree. I was stationed in Germany during the late 80s . The Cold War is over , we should have left many years ago . Europe can take care of itself & should .

Don’t castigate yourself too much . The right was systemically bamboozled too. Left, right and center we were all deceived and betrayed. But the jig is up….tactics no longer work. We are awake… we are united in that we were can ALL no longer be manipulated… that is what matters! Good days ahead! @braverangels

The left was always Marxist. I realize this only now, after being a deluded progressive and useful idiot for many years. The causes were never the causes; the cause was always Marxist destabilization, delegitimization of Western civilization, and ultimately, revolution. Foreign actors (the usual suspects: China, Russia, Iran) supported this, but it was not just foreign influence. After the proletariat had failed to deliver revolution (because capitalism just performed too well, even for the working poor), leftists had pivoted to new revolutionary causes: race, "gender", sexuality, climate, etc. They sold these ideas well and weaponized a lot of good will. We thought we supported civil rights, but we actually supported perpetual racial grievance, third world score-settling and reverse colonization, the deconstruction of sex and biology, and of objective reality itself. We thought we supported protecting the environment, but we actually supported Malthusianist intentional deconstruction of modern civilization and a return to bitter scarcity and poverty - the conditions our ancestors had labored for centuries to overcome. That is a lot of betrayal to process, for millions of people. The enormity of the deception we fell for boggles the mind. None of this means that progressive dreams for a better world are wrong. It just means that the left is not the political force that will make it a reality, or even bring it one step closer.
Bea Jaspert@hogotheforsaken

I used to be leftwing, anti-racist, feminist. I still am actually all of those things. But I now recognise that the left, the anti-racist movement, and the feminist movement have been taken over by 5th columnists, and now stand for the exact opposite of their original aims. 🧵
