I thought the broad EU comment was kinda misleading & wanted to point out they do have similar systems around. im shortly studying in Bologna and can’t speak for the whole country but sure the commenter was right that this penalty is probably worse in the US lol

@mrunmayyy @poopoopeepee25 @2010brianwilson The EU does not have broad bike parking regulations that say that lol, in Italy there are designated places to park and lock your bike. They also have a system close to citibike
