fun fact, my beef with PDP goes way back to 2015- when I was a sophomore in high school. we had an assignment in english class where we had to write and mail a complaint letter to a company. i had an afterglow gaming headset from PDP that broke super horribly that i chose to complain about. the assignment said to “nicely threaten” the company, so i wrote that if my issue wasn’t resolved that i would contact the CEO of xbox. (i had fantastic writing skills for a 16 year old) my english teacher said the benefit to this assignment is you may get something back- some kids got gift cards, coupons, but nothing topped what i received… about a month or so after i sent the letter out, i got a huge box in the mail with this letter inside. my threat to the CEO must have worked cause he sent me a couple hundred dollars worth of equipment at the time AND the signature was real. 😂 PDP stays scared of me

Born Again has so many problems, yet your attempt to criticize it is even more embarrassing. Matt has significantly more screen time in this season than Karen does, and Karen was still given plenty of dedication in the Netflix show. She was even a main focus for a full episode.

1000% This, please remember our entire QA team got impacted by the layoffs before the work on these features were fixed. I have every confidence in the dev team behind it, but the support they lost from us, will probably be seen, please be kind with feedback <3
