Great trial with impressive results. The impression is that most included lesions were rather severe so to some extent the trial also seems to say that a negative FFR in a high grade lesion is not as much a guarantee that PCI deferral is fine as previously thought.

@lesleejshaw I believe this will be an ongoing investigation for years to come.... In the end there is much clinical reasoning when you weigh in all factors such as age, symptoms, comorbities, LVEF etc. for optimal patient care!
