I would like to extend my thanks to the justice system for reaching a prompt resolution in this matter, which affirms my innocence and enables me to maintain my focus on the upcoming fight. Wayne it seems like you should be able to stop the fight, see what is wrong with the fighter, take care of the problem and restart the fight. Unfortunately that action would end up causing more problems and making you even more upset than you are with how this ended. I use to tell fighters in the back before their fights that if they broke or dislocated a finger or toe and wanted to continue on in the fight, just keep fighting. I will see it and allow you to continue on in the fight, get back to your corner and allow your trainer to pop it back into place. But, if you stop and show me the injury, you are asking for a timeout and you are not allowed to do that. If you stop and show me that means you are asking me to stop the fight based upon the injury so you will lose by TKO. Many fighters have fought through much tougher injuries or problems than what we saw in the cage in this instance.

I had an amazing time this week. Taylor losing doesn’t change that. It was a great change of pace for me, everything seemed exciting and new. Cameron leaves with the marbles but I still come away from the event with a massive amount of appreciation for Taylor.
