Would love to debate this with anyone…
NAACP@NAACP

The NAACP is taking a stand. Today, we launch the #OutofBounds campaign, a national call to action for Black athletes, families, fans, and allies. In response to states erasing Black voting representation after the Supreme Court’s Louisiana v. Callais decision, we are demanding accountability. "Out of Bounds is our answer: we are naming the contradiction, and we are calling on Black athletes, families, fans, and consumers to act on it. The same power that built these programs can be redirected." —NAACP President and CEO @DerrickNAACP This is about more than sports. It’s about justice. Remember when @RepThomasMassie absolutely humiliated climate cultist @JohnKerry during that House hearing… so badly that even his colleagues gave up their speaking time just to let the wreckage continue? We need more of that, KY-04. You know what to do!

Would you believe 57 Republicans and 211 Democrats recently voted in favor of this Orwellian automobile kill-switch? Here’s the roll call for the vote I forced to defund the mandate: clerk.house.gov/evs/2026/roll0…

Every new car in the U.S. will be required by law to have tech that puts constant surveillance on the driver by 2027. AI in your car will determine if you're sober and fit to drive, automatically turning off the vehicle if it determines you're a danger on the road.

@jbakerohio @FOX19 We are waiting for the city to release our petition so we can begin to collect signatures. Our legal team is trying to work w/the city. Praying we don’t have to take legal action to get the city to release. We have the right to petition our gov. No more jumping through hoops.

@camhardy513 @voteSmitherman The Vice Mayor is an Independent black man. Black men can stand next to whoever they wants. The fact you're trying to call him MAGA because he has relationships with Republican politicians is wild. This is a white liberal racist talking point. You're better than this Killa.

To sum up this disgusting and misleading hit piece on Acton for those who won't actually read the article: suburban mom has 1 drink and gets in a verbal disagreement with her husband. Wow
Ken Blackwell@kenblackwell

🚨 BREAKING: NBC News exposed top Ohio Democrat who shattered a mirror during a domestic dispute, admitted to drinking and taking extensive prescription drugs… and was stopped from driving by her concerned husband!🚨 This is not a rumor, not opposition research, and not something pulled out of thin air in the middle of a campaign. This is reporting from NBC News, backed by a police report that lays out exactly what happened inside Amy Acton’s home in August of 2019. During an argument with her husband, she pulled a mirror off the wall and shattered it. When officers arrived, she told them she had been drinking and had taken an unknown amount of prescription medication, and she was about to get in her car and drive before her husband physically intervened and stopped her. Police and a medic responded to the scene, a hospital visit was recommended, and she refused. Officers ultimately determined there was no physical violence between the couple and filed no charges, but the details themselves are not ambiguous, they are written down, documented, and now part of the public record. That is the starting point, not the spin. Now consider who this is. Amy Acton was not a background figure during COVID. She was the face of Ohio’s response, standing beside Mike DeWine day after day as decisions were made that reached into nearly every aspect of daily life. Businesses were closed by order. Gatherings were restricted. Families were told how to interact, when to separate, and in many cases when not to be together at all. People were told not to visit elderly parents and grandparents, even when time was running out. Families were pushed into stripped-down funerals, distanced goodbyes, and moments that can never be gotten back. And the culture that followed those policies did not stop at guidance, it created an environment where calling authorities on neighbors for gathering during holidays like Thanksgiving was treated as responsible behavior rather than something unthinkable. That was the standard. That was the expectation placed on everyone else. And it was delivered with confidence, with certainty, and with the understanding that the people giving those orders should be trusted without hesitation because of their judgment. Now the same person is asking voters to elevate her to governor, to take that same authority and expand it, and at the same time voters are being presented with a fuller record that includes a documented incident involving alcohol, prescription medication, property destruction, and a situation serious enough that police and a medic were called to her home. No charges were filed, and that is part of the story, but it is not the whole story, because elections are not decided by legal thresholds, they are decided by whether voters believe someone’s judgment, temperament, and consistency match the level of power they are seeking. That is where this becomes unavoidable. When someone exercises sweeping authority over millions of people, telling them how to live, who to see, and what risks they are allowed to take, voters are going to ask whether that same person lives by a consistent standard when it comes to their own decisions and their own behavior. That is not a smear. That is not unfair. That is the basic test of leadership. And thanks to Henry J. Gomez of NBC News, this is no longer hypothetical. Amy Action is unfit for the public office!!

@tlgstrategies @camhardy513 @U_arctos @the_satellite23 Tracy it will take about 14,000 signatures to get any issue on the ballot. No matter the threshold if anyone wants to increase go and collect the signatures. I think we should start with City Council. We should raise the number of signatures needed to 2000 good signatures. 😉

Every Republican president from Nixon to Bush accommodated affirmative action. Trump broke that pattern, but not the operating system that keeps it alive.
