Tomorrow my cals should be under 1500 in total it’s just so hard to estime the cals for the chicken wraps so I know I’ve overestimated for a lot of it but whatever

1690 cals for today. I feel a bit shit coz I ended up not having fish and I’m saving it for tomorrow so I had chicken wrap instead but what can u do 😞

@juniebone I don’t know you but I’m so happy for you and while none of like to admit it, what you are saying is 100% true. Recovering is the best step you could ever take and there are such good, bright days ahead for you ❤️

Okay so since I’ve been off edtwt mostly for the past 2 weeks I’ve realised that edtwt really is an enabler and I’ve been so much happier and care free not taking in disordered content everyday so I think I’m going to fully recover

Ok so today I’ve had, a yogurt, some tapas, currently eating Easter egg, and for tea I’m having fish and salad 🥗 So far I’m at 1703 cals but obv I’m going on a walk anyway 🦭

Just been shopping had some food now eating a mini Easter egg before going on my walk of the day 🦭

I’ve only just woken up and it’s 1pm 🦭

Just went on such a cute walk I walked up a VERY steep hill and my sciatica started playing up and then a cat ran up to me and we played so overall 11/10
