Пенсионерка регулярно перерезает все интернет-кабели в подъезде из-за «излучения», которое ей «мешает» в ростовском Батайске из-за чего жильцы остаются без интернета.
Сама она объясняет свои действия «вредным излучением» и прекращать не собирается.
