@Dominique99a Thank you, this is a resin garage kit made and sold by @kugahiroki back in Wonfes 2024 winter. It has to be built and painted (i.e. think of model kits)

@kugahiroki Thank you for the kit! Initially, I wanted to do a simple kit build. But I was inspired by the level of detail in the casted sculpt, that I started spending time to express them in the finished kit. It took a long time, I'm glad that you appreciate the final result!

I'm a fan of Onimai, so there was a huge motivation to invest time to refine the details at my own pace. But it took a lot of effort and I needed to rest in between. So maybe the next kits I build I'll have to learn to balance efficiency and quality

It took some experimentation to balance the colours between the light grey hair, the blue swimsuit and yellow banana. I'm glad to obtain a result that finally worked

@Vandalier85 Thanks - it is a mix of Gaia and Mr Hobby lacquer paints, together with Tamiya Enamels for detailing. Iwata/GSI 0.18mm and 0.2mm airbrushes

Meanwhile, the acrylic is processed. The edge was messy, so I neatened it with a brushed finish. Before and after!

The cracks were on the surface, it was sanded down carefully. Reapplying clearcoat hides the damages. The refractive index of light are equal, so as long as the valleys are clean, spraying a new clear layer should fix it I'll carefully mask and reapply the matte later
