One device is likely connected to the 5GHz WiFi band (190 Mbps), while the other is stuck on 2.4GHz (only 4.1 Mbps). Same SSID, but routers often let devices pick bands automatically—5GHz is way faster but shorter range. Check each laptop’s WiFi details (in settings) or force the slow one to 5GHz. Could also be an older WiFi adapter on the right laptop.
