@ASOSSupport_ I totally agree, been a customer for years, since the very beginning of ASOS but I am so put off now, especially after the customer service I had on live chat tonight regarding a lost parcel. So disappointing.

The @Clearpay_UK complaints handler has been in touch and admitted that there’s a known issue with coordinating refunds from @marksandspencer and they’re working to resolve. Please avoid using this payment method…. #clearpay #marksandspencer

Strongly suggest avoiding using #clearpay for purchases. They’re refusing to update my balance in line with the refunds issued by M&S. Utterly awful customer service too. Lesson learned!

@ASOS can someone DM me regarding an order that didn't go through - the app crashed when paying but the money has still been taken? The order isn't in my order history/no confirmation email but still the money has gone! Live chat are so useless and don't seem to want to help!

@GMB cont.. What about the vulnerable people who need isolating the most at home/in care homes who have a boiler breakdown and have no hot water or heating? Should the engineers attend?

@GMB What about the heating industry? My partner is a gas heating engineer for domestic/commercial properties and they are also unsure about what to do - they've been classed as keyworkers yet their suppliers are being told to close, meaning the engineers can't get parts?
