thank you Exe for such an amazing opportunity, I've had so much fun coaching you guys.
I'll miss the kindness and camaraderie that I've felt from everyone in the bootcamp, thanks for making sure I had a good stay there!
I'm so proud of the breakthrough we've found together in us, i hope you are too! may the hunger never run out. Love you boys, all the best further 🩷
This is one of the toughest decisions I've made, but I felt a strong need of pushing in a new environment.
As for the future, will dip my toes into building a team from the ground up with values and beliefs that I've learned throughout the years.
Hopefully there's something solid that I could share soon!

Today, We are parting ways with our long time Head Coach of DOTA2, Wei Yip "Arthur" Lee! We want to thank Arthur for his dedication and leadership during his time with us.His insights into the meta and commitment to the players' growth have left a lasting impact on this team. While we are parting ways, we carry forward the lessons and the discipline he instilled in the squad. We wish him nothing but the best in his next chapter—any team would be lucky to have him mind behind them. GGWP, Coach. #ExeShot

As an upstart esports org, we’re always looking for that edge to help us outperform the competition. A random conversation with @0xkinnif eventually led to Rei becoming something we now use intensively internally.
At first, he showed me how he was applying Rei to sharpen his betting strategies before setting me up with my own Rei agent. He walked me through the advantages—like a dramatic reduction in fabricated outputs, which is crucial when analysing large datasets quickly and accurately. Traditional LLMs create space for new memory by overwriting the old; Rei doesn’t.
From there, I connected with the team, jumped on a call, and demonstrated how we were integrating Rei. Seeing them share our excitement was a rare and refreshing moment.
Esports is cutthroat—every advantage counts. Rei gives us that advantage, and I couldn’t be happier that the team behind it shares our vision and is now on board with Team Nemesis.

TLDR: I FUCKING LOVE THIS GAME I WANNA SEE COMPETITIVE DOTA GROW EVERYWHERE PLEASE FIX F*** RANKED MATCHMAKING
Writing this in English because its something that happened within Brazilian community and I wanted to share with all Dota Players. Community is growing a lot here (yes, a 15 years old game growing).
Mostly because of community initiatives, like a recent 6kusd tournament by NS_4RT that had some old names from the scene comeback, we saw hFn, Tavo, 4dr, Duster there. On the other hand we could also see new possible upcoming talent, some 14, 16 old guys that could be our next generation into the game.
I talk with some of them, old guys and young guys to understand if they aim to keep playing and try competitive. Answers are similar: I would love to. But it makes absolutely no sense. Its impossible to put 2 years of effort in a game with hopes.
A lot of young players from league migrating to Dota, that they come, get immortal and go back to league. Cuz they reach a milestone : got immortal. What is next milestone? Get 14k to go professional, just takes... 3 years of effort. There is no sense of progression.
Its easy math. You are 5.700, you need 14.000 to have chances to start pro career. There is a 8.300 mmr delta.
Lets say you have a impressive 60% Aui winrate on ranked. (on open stats satanic has 52,77%, yatoro 51.67%, aui biggest one I found 60,89%). Every 1.000 matches you win 600, lose 400. 200 wins x 25. 5.000 mmr. There you go. You just need more 5.000 now. Basically 2000 matches to be able to be around pro`s.
Now lets say you start grinding from immortal with Satanic winrate. Every 1000 you win 527 and lose 473. 54 win delta, 25 mmr average: impressive 1350 mmr gained. In this case you just need around 6140 matches for the grind. Around 2 years playing 10 matches a day, if you are on Satanic winrate level of course. With Yatoro winrate would mean 9.760 matches.
Dota gameplay wise is on the best state ever imo. And its the best game I ever played and ever seen. Game is not dead. Answer for no new talent showing up? Either you started playing with 10 years old or you had to give-up thru the grind because its almost impossible to dedicate 2 years in a row to try to earn something on a game without any sense of progression. (not even mentioning toxic people, acc buyers, griefers, smurfs etc you will have on the way)
I believe it`s been already stressed enough how we need a MMR reset/seasonal rankings. But just wanted to point this ONE MORE REASON FOR SEASONS/MMR RESET that was in my mind after watching this cool Brazilian tournament and seeing thousands of people from league wanting to migrate to our competitive scene and seeing its impossible.
ps: hope people smart enough to not overthink the numbers pointed here and understand main point that you need insane time for any sense of progression on matchmaking and to be able to enter competitive scene.
