@machineguncol someone on fb said they claimed with the ticket insurance and said that the reason they claimed was cancelled because of weather and they approved it.. so. I would, the worst that can happen is they say no.....and then I'd call back and try again until someone does something

@machineguncol @machinegunkelly How does this typically work? We weren’t even an hour into the show. Will refunds be issued so we can travel to another show in the near future. We are devastated because we were LOVING the show. Drove five hours to be here. I know he tried so hard to keep going to :(.
