i’m so sick and tired of being the ugly friend and i know losing the weight won’t completely change my face but at least it’ll make it a bit better

going to start telling everyone i’m bmi 19

im so close to deleting my account ive done more eating than disorder fhis whole month

going to have to watch like 9 hours worth of lectures today and i’m going to TRY to watch them all while walking

a couple of people asked for my ab routine but i do not focus on my abs at all. i just try to get at least 20k steps a day. recently it’s been 25k-30k. i don’t go to the gym.

vanity sizing is genuinely so terrible because i know im not small by any means and need to lose weight but as someone who gets motivated by being reminded that im fat its hard to stay motivated when i go shopping and fit an xs when i know im probably actually a medium at best
