Honestly, what real advantage is their for gov to carry forward with this project located here vs located in another area.

Happy to see the racing community getting a race track however, is this the most ideal location for it? What I like to assume is these projects are planned with a long term strategy to recover the investment. A key way to do that here could be through major racing events

In Bishnupur, Occupied Manipur, a clash broke out between security forces and residents of Thinungei village, where the Indian Army used tear gas shells on unarmed civilians.
