Behold the Fly Boi! He swoopen, he spittin' and he does some flappin'. 🐦💦🪽 I've made a lot changes, both in code and in other areas. UI as you can notice. Aspera's arsenal has been increased and I have more weapons on the way. I'm going to post a demonstration of the current arsenal tomorrow (so keep watching!). After that I'm going to make an actual dev log to go through everything I've been doing for the past year. I so need a break from all this, I carry so much negative feelings that I can't tell anyone about because everyone is carrying the same amount and I have no one to hug except my dog and she's still sick with some unknown thing. I hated this week. But I drew good at least.

New Work-in-progress enemy! The Spitter 🐛💦! Nearly got my ass kicked by my own game! Ranged enemy for this enemy 'set'. It's fully functional, but I made what was probably a smart decision to not invest time in texturing it before doing a playtest and see how it feels. #devlog Bit of a slow week this time, between messing with the ship controller, playing No Man's Sky (I have unsolicited opinions on the game). The spitter came together a bit slower. Next week I'm going to implement the flying enemy in the same WIP fashion, along with a larger test map because as you can see in the clip, the arena is getting crowded. #screenshotsaturday #indiedev #indiegame #madewithunity
