Just finished the 12 week density program by @BowTiedOx. Absolutely loved the workouts and really felt like I got results. Starting his 12 week push/pull/legs split next. Appears to be pretty similar but different enough to keep my body guessing. Before and Afters. No changes to diet or supplement regimen.
