Mika looked like a crying baby at that moment; babies cry when they're born. He was really being cute in front of Yuu-chan. It was an intimate but also touching moment. He lost his "humanity" to keep living.

When Mika bit Yuu, I felt like he was reborn. He accepted that he had to keep living, so he embraced his vampiric side... even though it hurt. The fact that he cried was also very touching; I always thought it was a way for the blue in his eyes to fade.
