We had a surprise visit from bookbug and his brother today! The children loved having two bookbugs and especially enjoyed two shiny blankets:)#bookbug

Bookbug came back to visit our preschool children this afternoon. Thanks to all our parents came to join the session. We had great fun playing games, singing songs and listening to a story. We learned some more about starting school through songs and stories. #bookbug #stories

Today our wee people had Gruffalo scavenger hunt in our woods! They searched high,they searched low until they food the characters on their sheets. K- “I found the owl” when she found him in the tree! @p1_denny #strollintoP1

This week is Bookbug week. Our wee people were delighted when Bookbug came to visit us again today. We had great fun singing songs, listening to a story and playing games with Bookbug. #bookbug #storytelling #songs

Today our wee people came home with their sunflower. How tall will your sunflower grow? The size of mouse, snake, fox or gruffalo? Take a picture and let you know! #strollintop1

We found the QR code at the place where you get medicine, we scanned it and we found the gruffalo #strollintop1

Today some of our wee people went on a scavenger hunt to find the gruffalo! We used the map and followed the clues. We went through a tunnel and we climbed some stairs #strollintop1

On Thursday Bookbug came to visit us. We all had great fun playing games, singing songs and listening to a story. #bookbug

A big thanks to Yvonne from Library Resources who came out to tell us some more stories today. She brought some lovely books to share with us and some special puppets to. Yvonne promised to come back and visit us again soon. #stories

We have been learning all about fairytales in nursery. Yesterday we watched and listened to ‘The Three Little Pigs” puppet show. #stories

Toddle Time followed an Easter theme today. Lots of fun was had by all. We enjoyed decorating an egg, listening to a story, singing songs and searching for a chocolate bunny. All our children got a sticker, colouring sheets and crayons to take home. #storytelling

Thanks to all who came to our Toddle Time session today. We all had great fun playing with toys, singing songs, listening to a story and playing with the bubble machine. We all went home with some bubbles and a sticker. We look forward to seeing you next week. #storytelling
