Keep in mind that it's incomplete in a sense that it depends on the UI library that's not (yet) public. The library is not very complicated however, as it's more of a thin C++ wrapper over respective WinAPIs. Should be fairly easy to figure it out.

Update's out. Adds support for Ctrl-Enter while editing board and list titles. When used, it will complete editing of the title, add a new list/note and start editing it. Kudos to @BenStigsen for the idea.

@capt_petabyte I personally have no need for this, but I have nothing against people making forks :)

@capt_petabyte The backup mechanism is extensible, but there's no restore function. So while you might be able to add Dropbox as a backup target, being able to easily retrieve off it to continue working on some other device will require some coding.

@nullboard PS. Is there a way to add Dropbox as the backup for the board? This way I can have the HTML file on a USB or multiple machines and work from the same backup? Point me in the direction to do it my damn self? ;)

Nullboard is updated. Adds an option for backing up boards in real-time to a local disk. Windows only for now. nullboard.io/backups

NB-agent.exe is 118 KB. Perfectly suitable for carrying around on a single-sided 5" floppy.

Nullboard Agent implements a simple HTTP server that allows a Nullboard instance to save boards to the local file system. Very light, dead simple and super focused.

All working, just need to take care of some loose ends.

Spent some time on @nullboard - added resorting of the board index, "export all", some font choices and more granular control over font size, line height and list width. Will push these changes to Github and to nullboard.io/preview tomorrow or the day after.

Almost there. Here's one of the last things to go into this next release.
